Tracia, Peer Counselor and Job Developer for the Career Support Network, has a decade of experience as a Job Developer for workforce programs and agencies throughout the Philadelphia region, including such leading initiatives as People for People and OIC.   As a single mother she deeply understands the challenges of balancing work and family.  Through her work, Ms. Wesley understands the nuances of the Philadelphia TANF delivery system and the challenges faced by those who require these crucial services.  Having been personally touched by job layoffs and downsizing, Tracia has an understanding of support systems from both sides of the aisle and is able to use her story to augment her knowledge to provide informed and timely assistance, counseling and support to those receiving the holistic services of the Career Support Network.
