Arthur Verbrugghe

Director of Member Services and Public Policy

Before he came to the Federation of Neighborhood Centers, Arte Verbrugghe spent over 30 years with North Light Community Center where he handled a diversity of responsibilities from education director to van driver.  He is a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and studied theater and design as an undergraduate. 

In his role at North Light Arte administered most direct programming including hiring, firing and supervising line staff, designing and implementing new, and changes to existing programs and raising funds through grants and special events. 
He is a tireless advocate for children.
