Adam R. Wilder

Chief Financial Officer

Adam Wilder joined the Federation of Neighborhood Centers as Chief Financial Officer in October 2005.  He previously worked as a staff accountant for The Philadelphia Foundation for a year and a half.  He also worked for more than seventeen years at Temple University Libraries, eventually advancing to the position of cost accountant and Head of the Serials Acquisitions Unit (including Main Campus, Health Sciences, Ambler, Tyler, and Harrisburg). 

During his tenure at Temple University Libraries, Adam served as President of the Libraries’ Staff Association, co-chaired the Mission Statement Committee, coached and played for the library’s softball and volleyball teams, and served on the Continuing Education Committee, Safety and Security Committee, Automated Training Committee, and Staff Council.  He was also the organizer of the Libraries’ semi-annual blood drives.  Adam thrice graduated from Temple University, earning his MBA in Accounting, M.Ed. in early Childhood and Elementary Education, and BA in Criminal Justice.  While in school, he became one of 12 founding fathers of the Gamma Psi Chapter of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity, serving as the fraternity’s sports director and participating in fundraisers for the American Heart Association and the Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
