Paying for What You Get is the latest contribution by the Federation to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding youth workers and the youth development field. Supported by a grant from the US Department of Labor and Philadelphia Department of Human Services, the report is the first attempt to study wage and salary conditions of Philadelphia's youth workers. The intent of this report is to highlight the ways in which the city can maximize its investment in young people, youth development programs, and workforce development systems."
