Green Job Readiness Partnership (GJRP)
This pilot project brings together the Sustainable Business Network, the Federation of Neighborhood Centers and three of its member agencies and the City of Philadelphia to ensure low-skilled adults have access to well-paying jobs and advancement opportunities in this emerging industry.

Philadelphia Solar Career Move
This program provides professional training for over 150 men and women interested in taking their careers further while building new skills and knowledge around all things solar.

Career Support Network
This program is aimed at providing assistance to newly-employed adults and providing resources to overcome any barriers in order to achieve continued long-term success.

This program offers youth development training and other professional development opportunities to better equip youth program staff to serve young people from a developmental approach.  

Urban Sustainability Leadership Academy
This program targets 11th and 12th grade students in Philadelphia schools to build their 21st Century skills through the context of project-based learning.

Teens 4 Good
This program was created by teens for teens with the vision to transform vacant lots into urban farms that grow fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit, and flowers for low-income families.
